Shipping & returns

Everything is packed and posted from Australia. Orders are dispatched within1–3 business days, and tracking and insurance are included on every order at no extra cost.

Delivery

• Free tracked shipping on orders over $60. Below that, a flat tracked rate is calculated at checkout.
• Metro Australia typically arrives 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• Regional and remote Australia usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned. Your order history is inyour account.

If something goes wrong in transit

Every parcel is insured. If tracking stalls for more than five business days, or your order arrives damaged, email hello@koolcube.au with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund it — you don't need to chase the courier yourself.

Changing your mind

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything you haven't used. It needs to come back in its original packaging and in resaleable condition. Email us first so we can give you a return address, then send it back — return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within five business days of the return arriving.

Faulty or incorrect items

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we cover the return postage and either replace it or refund it in full — your choice. Send a photo with your order number and we'll organise it from there.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing on this page limits those rights.
